BIO FUTURES - BIOFUT.COM - a NO-waste world

- a world where everything is resources - a NO-WASTE world
- a world where materials are now leased or subscribed to - nothing ever ends on a garbage dumb anymore everything is ETERNALLY RECYCLED
- a world where a new concept for a product is always considered being IMMATERIAL, immediate bio degradable or a service whenever possible -
- a world where we SHARE our thoughts and ideas and work together globally in developing totally new and radically different and “sustainable in all ways concepts” to support the challenges humanity is facing -
- a world where we TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and SENSE and FEEL what is really relevant or what is REAL NEEDS for ourselves, our fellow beings and the planet we live on, before we start doing whatever it is we are doing of products or services.
- a world where “eternal cyclic thinking & doing” is understood and acted according to
- a world where we as professional creatives COMMIT ourselves to make a difference rather than continuing doing what we know we should not

The COMMITMENTS Program

The COMMITMENTS Program is about serious, sensual, radical mindshifting for creatives.

In order to make the global creative community more engaged in the Climate Change Challenges the COMMITMENTS Program has been established - the BIOFUT project is part of The COMMITMENTS Program.

The COMMITMENTS program is a initiated by the ethical webtool Actics, The Experience Design Lab, The organization of creatives in Denmark IKI and a series of other partners, companies, NGOés and individuals who yet have to confirm.

The COMMITMENTS program is about taking new and radical experiments into investigation designing them for a fictive “city” called WORLDBY - BUT possibly also develop the developed concepts into real projects (please see more here at www.exdl.com/worldby and www.actics.com/worldby-malmoe . The intention is to show the new visionary collaborated solutions to the world during the UN Climate Change Conference in December 2009.

The COMMITMENTS Program is aimed at creatives and partners SHARING in a kind of open source environment. This will happen through posting all work on an Actics COMMITMENTS web platform where all participants will be invited to take part as well as through actual workshop and events where the participants meet and develop ideas further.
